The listing at wrong address. It took us 2.5 hours with help of a local spanish speaking friend to get to the right place which 20 minutes drive from the listing address. I do not know it is unintentional or intentional listing because the actual place is in the remote area compare to the listing place is in central area. The accomodation conditions are not up to standards of rental property. No microwave, kitchen wares are bad used. No toilette sit, old matress with pointed things. We did contact with Vrbo within 12 hours after checking in. After 4 days, they said we are eligible for new free booking. We left the property 2 days earlier booked hotel room at CA$ 1,300. Tried to get the reimburselment but not success yet. It was really bad experience with Vrbo thru Exoedia. We need to have solution for this case as soon as possible.
