We had an amazing stay here. The apartment was clean, spacious, and fully furnished, with a large, beautifully arranged terrace that made relaxing outdoors a real pleasure. The staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, whether at the reception, restaurants, or bars, everyone went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. The food was excellent throughout the day, offering great variety and quality. The beach and pool area were lovely as well; not crowded or noisy, which made the whole place perfect for relaxing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a peaceful atmosphere.

Overall we had an amazing stay at Bakour! The staff were the best part, they make you feel like family. The hotel was very clean and the rooms have everything you need. The pool is beautiful with lots of lounge chairs and nice seating areas. The only major downside to this resort is the beach. First of all, the hotel does not provide enough beach chairs. They had maybe 20 altogether. You have to go super early in the morning to claim a spot if you want a chair. The beach itself was also not very nice. The water is super murky, and it’s located right on a marina so there are boats completely blocking any nice views. Obviously not the fault of the hotels, but if you’re looking for a nice, relaxing beach vacation, don’t get your hopes up with this beach. We ended up walking down the beach to the next resort over so we could enjoy the water and the beach. But overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is just looking for a chill time at a nice resort!

Bakour Resort is excellent, starting with the front desk, Nairoby, our concierge, who provided us with a wonderful vacation. The buffet had 5-star food, with excellent service from Leonardo Pérez's team. The staff at the bars and restaurants provided excellent service. The very cheerful entertainment, with Baby, Coffee, and Mamajuana, made our vacation joyful and fun. Excellent room service. 100% recommended resort.

The staff was great and helpful. Our first room’s power went out but the staff was very accommodating in getting us into another one. This place is best if you plan on drinking all inclusive was worth it. They also had nice beach access and plenty of pool space.

Let’s start by saying this resort is in no way a five star stay. The rooms are clean but lack the extras that make a five star resort a five star. There is no phone in the room, the resort forces you to use what’s app. It’s annoying. The restaurants lacked selection and weren’t always available. The use generic liquor and it was awful. The beach was surrounded by boat docks making the water muddy and gross. All the beach chairs were broken. The spa was okay but again lacked the special things that make a five star resort special. It was not at all the experience we paid for.
