Check in and check out was terribly. Check in waited at Fantasier forever, noone came. Talked to three staff members. Noone carred. We booked Esmeralda, no taxi or other transportation is allowed there. Checking out today, almost mist the flight. Conciege did not wake us up. Called for bell boy twice to pick our laguage up. Noone was coming after 25 minutes. We had to walk from Esmeralda to Fantasia lobby with our languages which took us 15 minuted

The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh and high-quality options. The common areas were clean and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to everything but far enough from the noise to rest comfortably. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and an overall pleasant experience. I will definitely come back!

The resort area was very clean, the room was very clean the bed they could change the sheets little bit more often our where looking old already. My only complain was that not much entertainment for adults it is more tailored for families and the front staff need better training in educating clients what the hotels offer we wasted so much time trying to figure out what to do and wat resorts offered what activities. Also when you book through Expedia for whatever reason the communication between Expedia and the resort is nonexistent they did not even know I had an upgrade or anything. The staff working at the restaurants and buffet though was amazing and so friendly.

Our vacation at Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda was absolutely spectacular. A total of 22 family members traveled with us to celebrate my brother’s 60th birthday. The staff and servers at the buffet were truly five-star, treating us with respect and going out of their way to fulfill all our requests. They helped us organize my brother’s party and arranged tables for 22 guests. Additionally, they prepared special dishes beyond the regular buffet menu to make the celebration even more memorable. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning rooms that are both lovely and comfortable. We also appreciated how close it was to the beach—just a short walk away. The only thing I would suggest is offering more entertainment or activities, as that would make the experience even better. We were pleased to see that they also offer excursions, which added a lot of fun to our stay. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda for a relaxing and memorable vacation with family.
