The location is great - there's a grocery store and restaurants and shopping within walking distance, however because of the location, the prices were a bit higher. A whiskey sour was around $15USD.

The AC Marriott Punta Cana is a luxurious hotel, in the middle of paradise! The room was comfortable, and fancy. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful to me as a tourist visiting from another country. It’s a convenient walk to restaurants and shops. The Ribeye at the AC and the breakfast buffet were delicious! So many healthy options to choose from. I recommend the AC Marriott if you are visiting the DR for the first time!

The hotel customer service was amazing shout out to house keeping for always keeping the room clean and my favorite bartender Jeffery ! He made sure me and my friend had a wonderful stay showed us where we can go to do our little shopping and buy souvenirs I was so sad when time to leave I’ll definitely be back next year. Only thing was the laundry service charging per item to wash clothes is ridiculous! But other than that I loved the hotel

Our room is as dirty from the time we arrived. Our walks were dirty and sheets. We called down to the front desk and I was told they would send someone up. We had to call several times before they sent someone up. The finally sent someone who changed the sheets. Noone ever came to wipe down the walls.
