Great hotel. Clean, spacious, excellent food, and service. Great pool and very safe area with several shopping and dining spots within walking distance. A few issues with room. A couple lights and plugs didn’t work. The bathroom door doesn’t provide any privacy. The shower let’s water out onto the floor.

Pleasant and quiet location with convenient parking. However, one major drawback is the centrally controlled air conditioning system. The thermostat is capped at 24°C, which feels uncomfortably warm in hot and humid conditions. This limitation significantly affects overall comfort in the room

Absolutely loved it, Maria at the front desk and Ruth from the bar area, oh I can’t forget the tall gentleman at the front desk he was Awesome. Funny part is the staff was so affable, I met a Haitian guy named Ben, he was super cool and the place was extremely clean.

The facility was ok, nothing special. The staff as very nice and helpful. Breakfast is extra. The garden view is of the parking lot. Very little amenities. However overall it was a good stay for the price.
