We came as a family of 14 and agree that the property was beautiful. The rooms and common areas were extremely comfortable. The chef Alejandro was incredible, the handy man Carlos was so helpful as was the cleaning staff, We loved the location and found the offerings / service at the beach to be excellent. With that being said …we did have some struggles and malfunctions that caused real stress… Broken doors, a none working dishwasher for 14 guest and the inability to receive new towels unless we paid a fee. Despite those flaws, we were happy , well taken care and very satisfied with our stay
