I think this is one of the best place to stay in Punta Arena It is in center of city close to everything Staff is nice, rooms are big enough and clean

We stayed here on our way to Patagonia. The hotel was clean, staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. Av Colon is not far from a few places to eat (we had dinner and wine at Sotitos a few blocks away which I would recommend). It is also close to the Fernandez bus station if you are headed to Puerto Natales.
I stayed here a few days prior to a trip to Antarctica. Restaurant has good sized portions. Staff very friendly. Room was decent.

Despite excellent location .the Hotel is expensive,I didn't get what I expected ,had problem making phone calls ,changed room , nothing happened ,safe box broken ,bathroom small not confortable , yes hot water but shower I couldn't get decent water pressure,,,, room , bed,tv ,view, Confort ok ,breakfast ok , Overall I give 3 star
Hotel is well located. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is good. Our room had a nice view. Restaurant was accommodating and prepared food even when officially closed.
