It was a spacious room, comfortable bed with good aircoditioning and black out curtains. Room service was food and food very good and plenty of options. Lobby and restaurant was good. All this made this hotel worthwile, so 5 stars. Some people may find these things important for a star rating so just mentioning.... No mini fridge and microwave in room though there was provision for this. The safe was inoperable. Lacked cleanliness in bathroom. Shower doors were heavily stained with hard water and did not seem clean and handle was missing (room 2010). Fittings were very old and did not appear well cleaned. Found little cockroaches crawling when lights turned on at night.

Expedia should delist this hotel, no where near a 4 star rating as is listed on Expedia. Terrible experience, poorly maintained rooms, rust in bathroom showers, water stands near toilet and scum stains on bedsheets

Nice property, with a good staff. Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. One thing which I found they should make changes in their breakfast menu, it was repetitive for all three days.

Great location to Pune airport for transfer stay

The hotel staff was warm and friendly. I had several questions about a future stay. Both the wait staff and the manager were very helpful and came up with a creative solution to further assist me. The room was appropraitely furnished. Had great wifi reception. The air conditioning worked well. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Overall, this is a very nice hotel for the price. I would highly recommend.

Nice Hotel close to the airport

I was in the city for a day, and I booked this hotel, since I had to catch a flight in the middle of the night, it was really convenient for me as the hotel is about 10 min from the airport, the food and staff was good and the rooms were also clean
