This is single air conditioned RCC room with attached bathroom on our rooftop. Great choice for 1-4 people (unmarried couples not allowed). It's located in Bibwewadi area. Enjoy peaceful homely stay in middle of the town. My family stays on first floor and this room is on second floor hence it's safe even for ladies as our family will stay downstairs and we will be there for any help required. Room comes equipped with beds, AC, 4K TV, Workstation, Rolling chair, Dining table, High Speed WiFi etc
The space
RCC Rooftop isolated Room on terrace floor. Room is luster painted & has modern bathroom with premium Hindware Sanitory fittings. Also solar water supply will be there. A workstation is also there with AC, 4K TV, Rolling chair, Table, Wifi Router. The floor has dedicated staircase & passage hence yo don't need to worry about awkward situations as there is no sharing space. Whole floor is reserved for you. You can also play games have fun in open terrace area. This is heaven for tech savy guy as once you connect your laptop or gaming console to TV and turn on home theater & AC you can enjoy on same place for hours!

Via staircase passing through dedicated passage heading to terrace floor. No awkward shared spaces hence you'll get full privacy to enjoy or party on rooftop!
Other things to note
Unmarried couples not allowed. Room is sufficient for 2 people & 2 additional guests can be accommodated in semi closed area outside this room. If you have more than 4 people please check my other huge 1BHK property listed which can accommodate over 10 Guests.
