Was there here for a night as i had work in business areas of pune. I dont know maybe some renovation is going on or something as the service wasnt that good and utilities were not on mark. Off season doesnt mean you can not service.

We reached the hotel in morning in mid August 2017 and completed all formal procedure including documentation. However we did not check into hotel as they had unusually high price for early check in. We left our luggage there and went for our day long trip. When we returned to the hotel in evening around 6PM, we checked into rooms. However: - Room service was too slow. We got drinking water ourselves. Had to wait for 45 minutes to get shower kit. - On requesting for lock key / access card they refused saying that their system is faulty and asked us to inform every time we want to open/unlock hotel room doors. How could one stay like this? My cousin sister and nephew felt insecure and could not sleep in night! We too were uncomfortable. - On checking about restaurant with a-la cart option, they confirmed availability. Reaching to restaurant they turned around! - On next day, the breakfast was also not available in ample quantity. They took 45 minutes to provide some more stale stock!

When I entered the hotel, it was dirty and bones were fallen in the staircase. The room was unhygienic and uncleaned. AC water was coming in the room. The pillow as wet and cocroches were roaming around in the room. I asked the manager to change the room but he denied and then I had to fight with him. After sitting 1 hour outside, he was given me another room but the condition of other room was almost same.The breakfast was also not good, they were charging 120 INR for one omelet. After paying huge amount, it is very difficult that they were charging for a omelet. They even not provided separate key for the room, when I was going out and coming, everytime I had to ask to open the room. Please don't book room in this hotel. trust me it will be worst experience for you and spoil your trip.

After paying Rs 2600/- at a 4 star hotel you don't expect the best of services but atleast it should be satisfactory right? My experience at Le Royale wasn't one of the best but it was okish I can say. I often travel to Hinjewadi for work. In pictures the place looked really good but it was a different story after I checked in. The front desk staff was really polite and helped with my luggage and other formalities but after that like the mask fell off or something. After going into my room I called the reception for hot water, firstly they didn't answer to my calls and after finally picking up he tells me to call the room service and doesn't even wait for me to reply before disconnecting the call. I feel that was too much. I searched for the menu card called the room service and trust me it was the slowest room service I have experience until now. After 6 calls and a time period of an hour he got me hot drinking water. Later I went downstairs and enquired about the snooker and billards table. Too my surprise he curtly replied that all of that was removed from the hotel now. how can you still have them in your amenities and pictures I asked them and he shamelessly just shook his head. That was so rude. Even the swimming pool was really small nd not so clean. The room had the smallet TV on earth I think and overall it was a NOT SO GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Hotel Rooms are spacious one but maintenance of equipment is questionable part. This hotel is suitable for begining of career or economical customer. Food is spacy one and usually breakfast is good quality and Dinner need to think.

I had arranged a little luncheon for my Mom, Bua and their old Kitty Gang. The Hotel provided really good options in terms of Veg and Non-Veg. Since the entire gang turned up from Navi Mumbai. They had a nice time to chat and eat, enjoy the small area in Le Royale Dining Place. The Service Staff was courteous and helpful in arranging small requests by the gang. Great Setting for a not so quite luncheon for Mom's, Aunties, Bua's, Mami's etc.

No words to describe this hotel...so called Le 'Royale' residency hinjewadi pune.. I called them up in the morning to confirm my checkin only by late evening. Once checked in, the room wasn't even ready...basic toiletries were not ready, no extra towels in the room plus the tv wasn't working. Apparently, the circuit board was loose ...POOR QUALITY CABLING WORK. Multiple calls were made to correct this plus to provide the toiletries...but wasted my 20 mins just for these fools to come up to my room. I guess they are under trained staff who do not understand what customer service stands for.. After a long day, the least i expected was a proper room... Dinner buffet wasn't replenished...most dishes were over but not one single waiter to check if they need refilling..mind you this was only 9.15 pm...it's not that we were late for dinner. We were told by Umesh (from front office) that we can use pool only between 3 pm to 6 pm and cannot be used through the day... ..NONE OF THE HOTELS I HVE STAYED HAD THIS KINDA RULE NOT ALLOWING GUESTS TO USE POOL DURING DAY TIME... HOWEVER HE TOLD US VERBALLY THAT YOU MAY USE THE POOL IN THE MORNING BETWEEN 10.30 AM TO 11.30 AM. NEXT DAY MORNING..post our breakfast ( again very disappointing as no staff was present to replenish the breakfast buffet..)..we were shocked to hear that we can't use the pool... We told the front office (different person as Umesh was not present)..that we cld use the pool...we asked him to call back Umesh and tell us in 5 mins. 15 mins passed and the front office didnt bother to call us back...instead he asked us to come down stairs to talk to him...I GUESS The STAFF OF THIS HOTEL DOES NOT KNOW WAT BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDS FOR...asking guest to come down to speak with the hotel staff. We briefed d manager there...on our MISERABLE EXPERIENCE at the hotel...but there WAS NOT ONE WORD OF APOLOGY FROM THEM. COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED...WE DECIDED TO CHECK OUT.. RATING THE PROPERTY...1\5...(I m trying to be generous here). CUSTOMER SERVICE ........ A BIG ZERO / 5. At the time of our checkout....we had two other guests complaining about the same miserable service.....that we experienced....ABSOLUTELY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTING.

all hotel staff are very friendly Specialy Umesh and Atul , they are very professional and help us. Cascade have very beautiful ambiance, just enhance the spread of breakfast and lunch buffet, cascade staff are very kind

Keep away. Pathetic hotel. Nothing works and management gives a damn about it. You might be better of staying on road or a trailor park. AC broke, microwave broke, flush broke, linenes dirty, curtains tore, wall paper peeling. there were no glasses, no shower curtain, no cups, no tea/coffee. You have to call ten times to get anything. Keep away like bulbonic plague.

We were here for valentine celebration. The decoration and infrastructure is nice that's the only point to appreciate. Management , service , food are totally disappointing. You have to wait for long time to items come. Two items didn't came until we had our buffet. As buffet dinner items are very few and not up to mark. Management and service is very bad.
