The property, next to which a road runs, is closed, so your children can play here without any worries. In front of the villa is the star of this property, the outdoor pool with sun loungers. On the first floor is the indoor jacuzzi and a sauna for your wellness pleasure. A nice barbecue awaits you on your courtyard terrace. The parking space in front of the property is reserved for you. This villa has modern heating and air conditioning systems. There is underfloor heating in all rooms, making the villa a perfect choice in all seasons.
