This comfortable holiday apartment is located in the suburbs of Pula. It is located on the ground floor of a beautiful holiday home, where two more suites are rented via Homeaway. It consists of an air-conditioned living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and another air-conditioned apartment with bedroom kitchenette and bathroom, which has a separate entrance from the outside. There is a separate outdoor swimming pool and beautifully landscaped, fenced garden. We recommend visiting the nearby protected nature park Rt Kamenjak.
Our villa is located 2 km from the center of the town and 2 km from nearest beach.
Yard is souranded with wall and is perfect for your privacy.
In the property you have covered terrace with barbecue and swimming pool with sun chairs.
On the front of the property you have two covered parking place.
Also, you have whole playgraund with: beachwoley, table tennis and children playground.
Whole property is safe for children and is souronded, so it is safe also for your pets.

Amazing play to stay in Istria

The house and garden is just gorgeous. Well maintained and absolutely sereen to be in the garden near the pool. The hostess is very friendly and she must be creative given the beautiful architecture in- and outdoors. All you need is close by. Perfect beaches, big supermarkets, small lovely bakery. Love to come back a next time.

Desa is the perfect host. We were traveling to Croatia by car, so it was difficult to give an exact time of arrival. She was very accommodating. The villa was as described and spotless. The swimming pool was a great hit with our grandson.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts( Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine usw. )Super nette Gastgeberin. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Viele schöne Strände ( zu erreichen mit dem Auto).

Tolle Anlage, sehr nette Vermieterin

Das Mietobjekt incl. Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Wir sind mit Hund angereist, der durch das geschlossene Grundstück sich frei bewegen konnte. Auch der Patenonkel meiner Tochter war begeistert von dem kleinen Apartment. In der goßen Wohnung sind die Zimmer riesig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung. Das Highlight ist eindeutig der Außenbereich mit Pool. Die Vermieterin ist immer erreichbar falls man etwas braucht. Mit dem Auto ist alles in Pula und Umgebung sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Zur Begrüßung hab es einen Obstkorb, Wein und Saft.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Ganz tolles Ferienhaus, das einfach alles hatte, was wir brauchten. Der private Pool, die tolle Terrasse mit den schön bepflanzten Grün drumherum waren einfach ein Traum. Das Haus wurde inzwischen renoviert. Es ist anders (im positiven Sinne), also neuer, als auf den Bildern. Alles tiptop. Dazu die Nähe zur Altstadt, zu vielen Stränden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, inkl. des bekannten Sportausstatters und der Drogeriekette, die wir von zu Hause kennen. Keine Sorge also, sollte man auch nur die kleinste Kleinigkeit nicht dabeihaben. Man braucht allerdings immer und unbedingt ein Auto und Badeschuhe! Und etwas Mut, um in den Buchten auch vom Felsen zu springen ;-) A fantastic holiday home that had everything we needed. The private pool and the great terrace surrounded by beautifully planted greenery were simply a dream. The house has since been renovated. It is different (in a positive sense), meaning newer, than in the pictures. Everything is top-notch. Additionally, it's close to the old town, many beaches, and shopping opportunities, including the well-known sporting goods store and the drugstore chain we know in Germany. So, no worries if you forget even the smallest item. However, you always and absolutely need a car and water shoes! And a bit of courage to jump off the rocks in the bays ;-)

Sehr nette, stets hilfbereite Gastgeberin. Tolles und sehr sauberes Haus. Schöner Garten. 2km in die Stadt und zum Strand. Stadtrandgebiet, ruhige Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 5min mit dem Auto. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Vermieterin. Sie war direkt super freundlich und zeigte uns alles. Sie gab ihre Handynummer für Fragen oder Wünsche. Begrüßt wurden wir mit einer leckeren Obstplatte und Keksen. Die Unterkunft war noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Es war alles so sauber. Alle 2-3 Tage wird der Pool früh morgens gereinigt. Es sind genug Handtücher, Liegetücher etc. Vorhanden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Lidl ist 5 min. Autofahrt entfernt. Einen Bäcker erreicht man nach fünf Minuten Fußweg. Wir haben uns viele sehr schöne Buchten angeschaut man ist fast immer in 15 min. dort und kann überall super parken. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und ist dennoch schön ruhig. In 7 min. Ist man mit dem Auto in Pula. Einziges Manko in der kleineren Wohnung (die etwas älter ist) riecht es nicht so toll. Diese Wohnung ist sehr süß aber selbst durch viel lüften wird es nicht besser. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit Freunden.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr, sehr saubere und gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Platte mit verschiedenen Torten und eine Obstplatte, sowie gekühlte Getränke standen bereit. Das war echt schön. Einen Bäcker gibt es in nur 100m Entfernung. Strände und Supermärkte gibt es auch einige in der Nähe. Das einzige was wir nicht ganz so schön fanden ist, dass recht viel Verkehr auf den Straßen herrscht, weil das Zentrum von Pula so nah ist. Gerade in der Hochsaison hat sich sehr viel auf den Straßen gestaut. Ist an sich nicht ganz so schlimm, aber trotz der kurzen Wege hat man dadurch halt doch recht viel Zeit auf der Straße verbracht. Die Wohnung ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Von der Straße hört man nicht viel. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt bzw. ummauert, wodurch man wirklich Privatsphäre hat. Wir können es sehr empfehlen!

Lovely villa in great location

Beautifully furnished villa in quiet surroundings with garden, parking and private pool. Ideal for access to Puna, beaches and national parks. Desa was very welcoming, helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend Villa Dana to anyone wanting a relaxed stay in Istria!

Super Wohnung am Zentrum von Pula

Perfekt gelegen direkt an Zentrum von Pula und nahe der dortigen Strände. Luxuriöses Haus und toller Pool sowie Terrassen mit Lounges. Eine bessere, zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Pool ist kaum möglich. Auch die Vermieterin Desa ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr sauber und genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort, WLAN/Internet auch gut. Die beste "Villa" in Istrien, die wir bisher gemietet haben.
