Villa on two levels, with large garden under the pine forest. Located in Santa Margherita di Pula in the condominium Saia - Pineta Is Morus, it is 200 meters from the sea and is immersed in the greenery of the condominium.
Ground floor composed of large living room with front porch, kitchen with utility room complete with washing machine and dishwasher, service bathroom (sink and toilet). On the side of the kitchen there is a second large and comfortable rear porch with direct access from the kitchen.
First floor consists of three bedrooms with air conditioning, one of which is a double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single / double beds. Two bathrooms with shower, large living room between the bedrooms, terrace with deck chairs and access stairs to the ground floor both inside and outside.
In the garden there is a private parking space, and a wood-burning pizza oven with built-in barbecue.
Inside the residence there are tennis courts, basketball courts, and soccer fields.

Vacanza rilassante

La casa all’interno della pineta offre tranquillità e relax. La spiaggia è a soli 50mt. Abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie per 10 giorni e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Tanto lo spazio in giardino per poter giocare a palla, a ping-pong, c’è il tavolo sotto al gazebo, o per fare fitness. La casa offre molto spazio anche all’interno, 3 bagni e una lavanderia, al primo piano 3 camere da letto e un divano letto. Al piano terra cucina abitabile, salotto con tavolo da pranzo e camino. Perfetta la veranda adiacente alla cucina con lavandino esterno e tavolo da 10.

L'exterieur de la maison est très agréable au calme dans une belle résidence. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous n'avons pu profiter de la mer de la résidence qui avait les algues mais très belles plages dans les environs.
