Residence Baia delle Palme is situated in a large, palm-lined park, just 250 meters from the free beach of Cala Brianza. Foxi 'e Sali beach is only 800 meters away. The residence enjoys a quiet and secluded location and features a saltwater swimming pool with a large sun terrace, a bar, and a spacious relaxation area. The residence is 3 km from Pula and approximately 40 km from the port and airport of Cagliari. A golf course and riding stables are located nearby. The apartments are arranged in a semicircle around the pool and are located on the ground floor with a terrace or on the first floor with a balcony, both furnished with a table and chairs. All apartments overlook the park. Swimming pool with children's area is open from April 13th to October 25th, 2026, weather permitting. Notes: The tourist tax is payable in cash on site. Final cleaning (per apartment): Included. Kitchenette and waste disposal are the responsibility of the guest or can be arranged for an additional €50.00.
