Holiday home immersed in the green and fresh pine forest of Calaverde, but a stone's throw from the sea. Equipped with the comforts needed for all seasons. Ideal for the summer and suggestive in the other months of the year. Located halfway between the center of Pula and the beaches of Chia, it enjoys the proximity to the wonderful Calaverde beach, only 250m away from the house. Small villa with garden, 4 beds, barbecue, outdoor shower.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.

Casa in pineta

Bellissima casa immersa nel silenzio della pineta, vicinissima al bellissimo mare, quindi ci si può anche dimenticare della macchina. Adatta alla famiglia, ai miei figli è piaciuto molto girare tra la pineta e giocare a tennis, calcio..... Comunque comoda alle spiagge della zona. Sig. Massimo gentilissimo e premuroso. Purtroppo siamo rimasti poco ma terremo presente per il prossimo anno.
