In a quiet and discreet location, the residence features a saltwater swimming pool with a large sun terrace and a bar with a spacious relaxation area. The property is 3 km from Pula and about 40 km from the port and airport of Cagliari. Nearby there is a golf course and riding stables. The apartments are surrounded by greenery and arranged in a semicircle around the swimming pool. All apartments have a view of the park.
