Stylish studio apartment sleeps 3, completely new, but located in an ancient building from the 19th century where nuns used to live. Overlooks the city. Beautiful common terrace with sea view, views over historical findings and the Franciscan Monastery. Laundry room. Information wall.
Apartment is in the guest house on the 2nd floor, with two apartments and two rooms in total. Possibility of three single beds or one matrimonial bed and one single sofa bed.
Free airco and WiFi.
Our building is in the pedestrian zone, just next to the Franciscan monastery, 50 m from the main shopping street and 100 m from the main square of the Forum. All shops, restaurants, bars and points of visit are in the immediate vicinity.
Parking lots are located 100 m from the house (with payment). Public transport is 300 meters away (Giardini).
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.

Clean, central location but basic.

Great location and very safe. Air conditioning was huge asset! Photo was 2 separate beds but arrived they were pushed together. Extra puff under the bed but no cover for when we separated then. Not enough TP for the length of stay, no info re where to put garbage etc. we’re the only negatives. Would stay here again.

Die Lage im Zentrum von Pula in der Nähe des Forums ist perfekt. Etwa 20 m entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was notwendig ist ausgestattet. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Ein Handfeger wäre vor allem bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ganz nützlich. Die Gemeinschaftsterrasse ist sehr schön. Allerdings wäre auch hier ein Besen ganz gut, da sich viel Taubenkot dort befindet und man die Terrasse daher nicht barfuß betreten sollte. Die Vorhangstangen sollten bei Gelegenheit richtig montiert werden, da sie uns durch das Anstoßen der Fenster auch auf den Kopf gefallen sind. Gleiches gilt für den Duschkopf. Ansonsten ist sind das Zimmer und die Einrichtung bestens.

La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro a Pola. Lo studio è di dimensioni buone per 2 persone, ma sconsiglierei per 3 persone, perché con il letto aggiuntivo diventa un po' stretto. Vicino c'è un parcheggio che costa circa 4kn/ora (circa 0,50EUR/ora), ma gratis di notte, e solitamente si trova posto. Nella struttura c'è una gradevole terrazza comune, ed sono disponibili lavatrice ed asciugatrice. Duska, la proprietaria, è molto disponibile a risolvere eventuali problemi. La abbiamo contattata perché la mattina c'era troppa luce in camera, ed il giorno stesso ha risolto acquistando delle tende oscuranti.
