A spectacular view! From the terrace overlooking the golf course and the sea you can admire the sunrise or sunset. An elegant 90sqm house overlooking the veranda of 50sqm and the garden of 200sqm. the apartment is located within the Golf of Is Molas Resort and consists of a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms.
The house has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished. It is equipped with all the comforts needed to spend a pleasant holiday: air conditioning in every area, gas barbecue for end-of-day barbecues, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, two deckchairs in the garden not to lose the last sun, i-pod coffers and a private parking space.
A highlight is certainly the terrace with a view that houses an 8-seat table and a large relaxation area. The garden is well maintained and is surrounded by oleanders and plants typical of the area.
The Resort is located about 5km from the beaches of Nora and 15km from the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia.
In the evening you can dine in the typical restaurants of the area or stroll in the center of Pula.
