This charming and spacious villa in Štinjan will delight everyone. There is a huge 1800 m2 plot of land surrounding the villa with a private pool and lounge chairs, fenced by a hedge and well cared for plants, for complete privacy. Suitable for families. This villa also has a games room and beautiful lawn with olive trees. Directly by the pool is a large terrace with an outdoor table where you can enjoy the silence on a summer evening. Villa Lorin can accommodate 8 + 1 people, with 4 bedrooms, a gym and 4 bathrooms and 1 sep. WC.

Superb property

Fantastic property. Exactly as described. Clean and homely. Beautiful gardens, well maintained. . Safe and secure for the young children. Host always on hand to help with any concerns or questions. Pool and hot tub clean. These were a blast with the little ones! Quiet location, sea front and towns short car ride away but there is a bus stop right outside the property. Couple of small grocery shops within walking distance. I recommend the bakery, great food at great prices.

Relaxing vacation :)

Our family of 4 adults and two children enjoyed everything this villa has to offer. Kitchen with everything you need to prepare a fine meal, dishwasher. Washing machine, barbecue. Beautiful pool, solid size, swimming, jumping, just suitable for cooling off during hot days. Beautiful lawn for children to play with swings and slide. Quiet environment, privacy. Simply beautiful.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Strand mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar und gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Villa war sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir waren zwei Familien mit jeweils zwei kleinen Kindern und sowohl der Pool, als auch der Jacuzzi ein Highlight. Super praktisch ist das Duschbad, welches vom Poolbereich erschlossen ist. Da können die Kinder nass rein, um auf die Toilette zu gehn. Wir haben viel gegrillt und auch die Küche gut genutzt. Der überdachte Freisitz ist super.

Sehr schönes Grundstück mit großem Garten, schöne Olivenbäume mit Schattenmöglichkeit, Pool und Jacuzzi top, sehr netter Vermieter, defekte Waschmaschine wurde umgehend ersetzt, Haus und kleiner Fitnessraum alles gut und wie beschrieben, fabelhaftes Wetter, insgesamt ruhige Lage, etwas überraschend Ein- und Ausflugschneise des Flughafens Pula, aufgrund der recht niedrigen Flugfrequenz jedoch nicht sehr störend.

Top Unterkunft

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz für mehrere Personen. Der Aufenthalt war Top und wir konnten uns jederzeit an den Vermieter wenden falls wir Inspiration für Ausflüge brauchten oder Fragen zur Unterkunft hatten. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar (ca. 30 min.) auch Supermärkte sind genügend in der Umgebung. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Schöner Erholsamer Urlaub in Istrien

Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr Freundlich und unkompliziert Empfangen. Ein ausführlicher Rundgang Durch das sehr saubere moderne Haus und schon konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Sehr ruhige Lage und doch das meiste fußläufig zu erreichen sehr gepflegter Sauberer Pool und Anfang Mai war die Poolheizung Sehr Wichtig!!!Sehr Empfehlens wert von mir 10 von10 punkte und ich spreche auch im Namen meiner FamilieKristijan Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub.Josef Fischhaber immer wieder Gerne

Amazing villa

We stayed in octuber one week and enjoyed the lovely house, garden and pool. The house is very clean, nice furnished, every room is spacious and has an own bathroom. There are three towels for every guest included. The owner lives next door and is very kind. Beach, bakery or Pula city center are just a few minutes away.

Sehr sauberes Haus und ein freundlicher Gastgeber. Der Pool wie auch der Außenbereich ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und top. Das Meer mit genügend Parkplätzen ist etwa 1,5 Kilometer entfernt. Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub.

Perfekt, alles sehr ordentlich und wie beschrieben. Wenn was gefehlt hatte wurde es sofort vom Vemieter bereitgestellt. Wenn es sonstige Fargen gegeben hatte wie z. B. Busverbindung, oder weitere Anliegen wurden diese gleich beantwortet. Die Familie und Kristijan sind sehr freundlich. Noch nie gesehen das eine Unterkunft so gereinigt war dafür müsste es noch mehr als 5 Sterne geben. Für den Strand und zum Einkaufen(Lidl, Kaufland usw.) ist ein PKW empfelenswert. Parkplätze an der Unterkunft vorhanden, Gebäude liegt geschützt. Liebe Grüße Daniel, Bettina, Sascha, Tanja und die Kinder

A Nice Place in Pula

We stayed in this house for two weeks and it was a pleasant experiences. The house is clean and well kept and matched the description. Each room has their own bathroom, which is convenient when you are in the pool and at the beach most days. No waiting for other people. The pool is nice and very well kept, the owner was nice and didn't bother you often which was nice. You can tell he has invested time and money into the rental place. Lighting in the house is nice, some rooms feel really bright, I would suggest he swap over to warmer bulbs in a couple areas, but the house is clean and organized. FYI The beds are firm in a couple of the rooms, I used some extra cushioning for better sleep. Overall it was a great place to spend our family vacation. It's outside the city by like 5-min, so that's perfect if you like nature sounds once you get home.

Urlaub in Stinjan

Das Objekt ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Alle Schlafzimmer sind sehr gemütlich mit jeweils sehr schönen und modernen Bädern. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit.Das Haus ist in den Hang gebaut, so dass ein Schlafzimmer,Bad und eine extra Küche im Souterrain untergebracht sind. Der Fitness Raum befindet sich auch im Souterrain. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus. Nebenan ist noch ein kleiner aber feiner Tennisclub. Einfach rüber zum Club gehen und nach Mio fragen.
