The house is located in a cul-de-sac and is surrounded by nature. The living space has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which on the upper floor have their own bathroom. It is spacious, air-conditioned and equipped with all the necessary household appliances.



In the courtyard there is a saltwater pool and a spacious sun deck where you have complete privacy. The terrace is covered and has a fireplace/barbecue where you can prepare delicious grilled dishes.



The beach is just a few minutes away by car or about 15 minutes on foot. It offers various facilities such as beach bars, sports fields and a children's playground. Don't miss a visit to the Brijuni Park, which you can reach by boat from Faana.



Visit ancient Pula with famous historical sights as well as Rovinj, Pore, Rabac and the small towns of the Istrian interior.
