Welcome to ‘The Boathouse’! This brand new build comes complete with three queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sunroom and a fully functional kitchen. All of this is located in Houhora, a short stroll from all the local amenities including Pukenui Village and Houhora Big Game & Fishing Club. With Cape Reinga within an hours drive and beautiful beaches such as Rarawa, Henderson’s Bay and Ninety Mile Beach within twenty minutes it’s hard not to find somewhere to relax and unwind in the Far North.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
