With easy access from State Highway 2, it's ideal for a restful holiday or a base for exploring the region or attending events. Te Puke and Papamoa are just 20 minutes away, and you're about 30 minutes from Mt. Maunganui, Tauranga, and Whakatane.

- We live onsite with our friendly dog, Trigger. Feel free to knock on our door if you have any questions during your stay.
- The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, microwave, air fryer, frying pan, toaster, kettle, and a full fridge/freezer. There's also an outdoor BBQ.
- Washing machine use is available upon request or for long-term stays.
- If needed, the couch can be set up as a 4th single bed, and we're happy to accommodate a 5th child.
- For long-term stays, we can reconfigure the beds into four singles—please let us know in advance.

Parking: On the right side of the parking area.
On Arrival: The guest house is on the right, and the main house is on the left. Follow the pathway on the right side to find the guest house entrance around the back.
For entertainment, guests can enjoy Smart TVs. Other amenities include kitchenettes, washing machines, and patios.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the property which had all we needed (and more).It's in a great location just a short drive to Pukehina Beach but off the main road enough to have been very peaceful.Being surrounded by nature was very relaxing and the sun room was a great spot to have dinner and look at the view.
