The estate features two independent dwellings, and this listing invites you to enjoy one of them—complete with spacious interiors and direct access to the garden and terrace.

Inside, the villa boasts a welcoming ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room that opens onto the outdoors. A corridor leads to three cozy bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. Upstairs, an additional bedroom with a private toilet and a panoramic terrace offers stunning views of the estate’s natural beauty.
