Very nice house of 170m2 ground floor located in a dead calm, 3 kms from the gates of La Rochelle.

10 minutes by bike from the city center and the port of La Rochelle by bike paths.
A 10 minutes drive from the bridge of the island of Ré.

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour, tout était réuni pour passer du bon temps entre amies. Endroit très calme, prestations de qualité, sans oublier une très bonne literie et la proximité de La Rochelle et l’Ile de Ré ont su répondre à nos attentes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

DECEPTION

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à 4 personnes du 16 au 24 juillet dernier et n'avons pas été satisfait de notre séjour: Il s'agit d'une jolie maison dans laquelle il a été fait des aménagements de qualité. Malheureusement son etat d'entretien (propreté des exterieurs en particulier: Encadrements des fenetres et volets dans un tel état que j'au du les nettoyer avant d'oser m'en servir, canapé exterieur squatté par la chatte et donc plein de poils ainsi que nos draps de bains sur transat si on les laisse sans surveillance, barbecue que nous n'avons pas osé utilisé vu son etat, jardinières avec bambous morts,... Couettes fournies tachées: si nous en avions eut besoin nous aurions été en acheter,...) l'aménagement mobilier (très belle et grande chambre parentale, mais les 2 autres chambres sont les petites pauvres : pas de penderie, dans celle à grand lit pas de table de chevet et donc pas de lampe de chevet, il faut se relever pour éteindre la lumière, pas de chaise: ou poser ses vetements quand il n'y a pas de penderie? . Au salon :1 canapé et un siège, donc pas possible de s'installer à 4 personnes), matériel pour la table insuffisant ( grande poele incompatible avec la plaque induction, pas de ramequins, coupelles pour condiments / apéritifs, pas de théière, etc...) Tous ces inconvénients, et je ne liste pas tout dans ce message, nous ont agacé et ont rendu notre séjour désagréable. Cela est à nos yeux inadmissible dans une location qui se veut qualitative. Le minimum étant la propreté. Je précise cependant que nos petits enfants se sont bien amusé dans la piscine, le jacuzzi et avec le ping-pong. En conclusion, vacances gachèes pour mon mari et moi-meme et nous ne conseillons pas cette location.

Excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison très confortable, très joliment aménagée, au calme. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plaisir en retour de balades , toute la famille y trouve son compte entre baignade, farniente, ping pong ... bref nous avons bien déconnecté et en prime l'ambiance festive du village pour la victoire du stade Rochelais. Une très bonne adresse. Qq grands mugs pour les buveurs de thé à ajouter à la vaisselle et ce sera parfait.

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine . Nous avons eu un très bon accueil avec des petits cadeaux qui nous attendaient A notre arrivée et des propriétaires très à l écoute et réactifs tout au long de notre séjour ! Tout est pensé pour qu on ne manque de rien ( quelques pastilles lave vaisselle , lave linge , capsules café , sucre , savon .....) et c est très appréciable . La maison est dans un quartier très calme avec piscine , jacuzzi , transat , ping-pong dont nous avons bien profité ! La climatisation nous a été aussi très utile en cette période de canicule ! La literie est excellente ce qui est rare dans la plupart des locations ! Je suis sûre que j oublie. des Choses mais en un mot qui résume tout , nous reviendrons ☀️

Heerlijke week in prachtige accomodatie

We hebben 9 heerlijke nachten verbleven in dit huis bij La Rochelle. Alles tot in de puntjes afgewerkt. Rust en privacy. Luxe, heerlijk zwembad en jacuzzi. Goed uitgeruste keuken en heerlijke slaapkamers met royale bedden. Als je een vraag hebt krijg je meteen antwoord van de eigenaren via de app. Puilboreau is een rustig dorp, maar met een lokale bakker en dicht bij een goed winkelcentrum waar je alles kunt krijgen. Ongeveer 15-20 minuten van het strand. En in La Rochelle is genoeg te beleven. Met de fiets goed te doen! En echte aanrader dit verblijf!

Très belle maison

La maison est proche de La Rochelle et nous avons pu faire de belles balades en vélo (loués à La Rochelle). La maison est très confortable et pratique et la terrasse avec piscine très appréciée pendant le séjour !

Superbe villa, avec toute les commodités, et à quelques minutes du centre de la Rochelle. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans un endroit très sympa et décoré avec beaucoup de soins. Tout simplement parfait. Au plaisir de revenir!!!

Very beautiful and comfortable house and garden

We, a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, had a great one week stay in this very nice designed and comfortable house. It has all luxury you can think of, including climate control and perfect beds. The garden has sun and shadow places all day and is extremely well equiped. Communication went well and any questions were answered quickly. Puilboreau is a very quiet village at biking distance of lovely places like La Rochelle and Ile de Ré. The presence of the cat was a surprise to us, but he was nice and has his own place in the garden.
