    Pas cher, mais pas terrible pour les commoditĂ©s. Peu de serviettes Ă  bain, pas de mini rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. Il faut demander en bas pour un sĂšche cheveux et des serviettes supplĂ©mentaires. On s’est arrangĂ© en consĂ©quence. A notre arrivĂ©e la chambre Ă©tait propre, mais il y avait peu de papier de toilette. On a du aller en demander en bas le lendemain car le desk ferme Ă  9:00pm. La chambre est plutĂŽt spacieuse, mais ne dispose que d’un trĂšs petit bureau. Bref, propre, confortable et on a apprĂ©ciĂ© la climatisation. Bien insonorisĂ©. Mais il faut se satisfaire de peu. On a utilisĂ© le bus tout prĂšs pour se rendre Ă  La Rochelle (illico 4) car le stationnement ville est cher ou introuvable. TrĂšs pratique. Plusieurs options de restauration autour, mais rien d’extraordinaire.

    The room smelt. No reception staff when I checked in so I couldn’t complain. Automation is fine if you have systems to make up for a lack of people. Car park is good.

    Took the money twice

    I've paid twice. Once through Hotel.com and the hotel take me the money as well. And they told me that they can't give me the money back because my account is not French. So it was really expensive.

    I prepaid for my booking on CheapTickets.com but the receptionist said that I have not paid the full amount. In my booking confirmation, it clearly states that I have paid and the remaining amount to pay at the reception was just the local tax. I tried to show the receptionist the confirmation, thinking that maybe he would investigate further but he just insisted that I have not paid without even bothering to look at my booking confirmation. Extremely unhelpful! I had to call CheapTickets customer service and they emailed the hotel. Once the receptionist saw the email, he realized his mistake. However, not even a single word of apology from him. Delayed our check-in by more than an hour! I have always prepaid for my hotels so that I can have a swift check-in, and this is the first time I had problem checking in. And I cannot emphasize enough on the rudeness and attitude of the receptionist. If he allowed me to show the booking confirmation and checked further, maybe he would have realized I have prepaid and I did not have to go through the trouble of calling CheapTickets.

    Great value hotel

    Basic clean hotel, everything works and there is underground parking to keep the car secure. The hotel is a short € 1.30 bus ride away from La Rochelle and the bus is just across the road. Although on a commercial centre its very handy for food and a great bar called Hanger8. We will definately return if in the area!

    Notre séjour c'est bien passé l'hÎtel bien situé pour les diverses visites touristiques. Le petit déjeuner trÚs correct et varié le personnel disponible pour aider. Si nous avons de nouveau besoin nous y retournerons.     Avec un couple d'amis, nous avons séjourné deux jours dans cet hÎtel situé à 10 minutes de La Rochelle. A notre arrivés l'accueil fut trÚs agréable. Chambre correcte et salle de bain fonctionnelle, trÚs bonne literie. TrÚs bon petit-déjeuner buffet, salé et sucré.

    Attention il est Impossible d’utiliser le numĂ©ro de rĂ©servation d’Hotels.com en arrivant Ă  l’hĂŽtel quand ce dernier est fermĂ©. Il faut attendre 17 h et l’ouverture de l’accueil de l’hĂŽtel. L’appareil extĂ©rieur ne prend pas la rĂ©servation de certains sites comme hĂŽtels.com !!!!!! Grosse frayeur Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Dans la chambre la tĂ©lĂ©vision a un voyant qui reste allumĂ© toute la nuit et trĂšs gĂȘnant car le lit est en face.
