Studio on the 1st floor of the owners' house with independent access. 1st floor: kitchen open to the living room with convertible sofa (1 double bed 140x190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate WC. Sheets and towels included. Cleaning optional. Parking space for one car. Charming studio for two people with mezzanine under the slope, offering a warm interior. Enjoy a very large garden shared with the owner, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. Gîte located at the gates of the Massif des Bauges regional natural park. Privileged location between lake and mountain. 20 km from the Savoie Grand Revard summer-winter resort and 8 km from the beaches of Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France. Aix les Bains Racecourse at 7.4 km. Chambéry, capital of the Dukes of Savoy, 17 km away. Major road passes nearby: La Chambotte 16 km, Le Revard 17 km.
