We stayed in October 2025 our room was perfect and clean I was celebrating my birthday my husband and I had a wonderful time Oscar and Janeliz were very accommodating they helped us with our excursions they were very professional and sweet I would definitely go back to the same spot hospitality was beyond just great and amazing

I stayed for one night and it was definitely worth it. The hotel has beautiful facilities and great amenities. It's conveniently located—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Overall, it's a very nice hotel, and I would definitely come back. The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. However, if I were to provide any feedback, it would be about the bathroom design. It's completely open, and you can see everything from the bed. Adding doors or some form of privacy would really improve the experience. Also, the pool had a strong chlorine smell, which could be toned down a bit. Despite those small issues, I really enjoyed my stay!

The property was absolutely amazing! The entire staff was equally amazing! The food was phenomenal! I was so impressed with our stay! Great walking distance to the restaurants, shops, and beaches. Vacation getaway

Spent 1 night in Olinca in one of their 2-room suites, which was very clean and comfortable, and it served the purpose 10%. Pretty convenient in terms of location, as it was within walking distance to most of the restaurants and the beach, and they also have a restaurant on site. The service was awesome and friendly! Would definitely stay there again.

We are a family of 4. We wanted to be walking distance to town and in a quiet clean place. Olinca exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the pool and stayed in a room with a kitchen so we could prepare food conveniently for the kids. It was perfect. Staff were very warm and fun.

Excelente ubicación y muy tranquilo.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, de 5-10 minutos caminando ya estás en el centro de puerto viejo donde hay restaurantes, bares, tiendas y fiesta. El hotel es súper tranquilo y silencioso. Perfecto para descansar con todo al alcance. Las habitación es amplia y muy limpia. El desayuno lo tenía incluido, probé el típico que es gallo Pinto y estaba muy bueno. El wifi tenía una velocidad aceptable, diría que es posible trabajar desde allí. Había un pequeño escritorio en la habitación. El personal en general muy amigable. El vehículo quedaba en un parqueo privado, con portón y seguridad. El hotel es muy nuevo, tiene 3 meses. Espero volver pronto !

Hubo un error en la reservación y nos asignaron una habitación que no correspondía, por lo tanto nos pasaron a otra que tenía un desperfecto en el aire acondicionado y votaba el agua hacia adentro de la habitación, de manera que tuvimos que pasarnos a una tercera habitación en una sola noche. Las camas estaban pegadas a la pared, lo cual nos parece horrible para descansar, da una impresión de hacinamiento, además los colchones eran extremadamente suaves, no permitían el descanso confortable. El desayuno con bastantes elementos, pero todos en la misma línea, lleno de carbohidratos y grasa. Muy baja oferta de frutas y de proteína de calidad. La atención en todo momento fue muy buena, el personal realmente refleja preocupación porque la estadía se agradable.
