This property is gorgeous, and the staff is fantastic. The free breakfast (which you can also do as room service) was such a nice perk - I will miss the daily fresh-squeezed starfruit juice. We had a fantastic couples massage. I loved that there were several little spaces on the property where you could hang out away from your room. It is a little off the beaten path, but walkable to all of the restaurants and shops. We had a great stay.

This was an absolutely beautiful property! Immediately upon checking in the staff was sweet, friendly, helpful and funny! The pictures don’t do this Hotel justice. The rooms are beautiful. I had my very own swim pool. The pool for everybody was absolutely beautiful! This is a 10 out of 10 property and stay. I highly recommend and definitely will be back!

Check in was delayed because they couldn’t find our Expedia reservation. Never really got a nice and hot shower, which was odd for a luxury hotel. Now the good… everything else was simply divine and we’d return in a heartbeat 💗 Thank you Namu and shout out to restaurant staff. Delightful!

I stayed at namu garden in June 2025 and had a lovely experience. My bungalow and the property were immaculately clean and well cared for. The private plunge pool was cleaned daily by the staff, removing particles from all the tropical plants and insects that might have gathered during the night. The property is conveniently located near two grocery stores and a fruit stand so you can easily grab snacks and refreshments for your room. You're a 5 minute walk away from the closest beach as well as the touristy beach shops. The staff at the hotel, we're super friendly and helpful. I was slightly disappointed as I thought the pictures indicated that the bungalows had a bathtub however, my room only had a shower. I really liked the daily WhatsApp messages from the hotel staff and chef with the daily specials. I traveled solo and felt perfectly safe the entire time.
The property is placed away from the main road, creating a private Oasis.
The coconut ice cream that came with the flan was amazing
Every breakfast order comes with a plate of delicious tropical fruit
All of the options from the daily breakfast menu were fantastic

Service was outstanding, the suite was very nice and clean. Sofia at the front desk, Karin at the bar and Maria the waitress were all so very accommodating and just so friendly. I developed the stomach ache on the second day and everybody in the hotel seemed to know about it, asking me how I was feeling & wishing me well. The chef even made a chicken soup for me (no soups on menu) which was very tasty and super helpful for me to feel better. Definitely would return.

Namu Garden, Hotel and Spa is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Great location in Limon. Close to the ocean, shopping and dinning and any excursion you want to do. The staff at the Namu are incredibly great, Sofia who works at the front desk is a super star. She helped with any questions we had about anything. Super friendly and really cares about making people feel welcome at the hotel. Jessica and Chef Esteban were always suggesting great food to eat at the restaurant. The free breakfast isn’t like any free breakfast I’ve had. It’s gourmet. Made with local ingredients and every morning was delicious. The grounds are lush and beautiful with wildlife running around. Incredible to see. The rooms are out of this world. We stayed in a suite which made he stay even better. Huge room with a pool and a place to lounge all from just outside of your room. All the amazing people who work here make you feel like you’re on the show white lotus. They know your name and room number so if you have any questions they call you by your first name. They make the time to have conversations with you and are outstanding doing what they each do. Namu’s app is a great resource, it works great and is informative about everything the hotel has to offer. It’s in a very walkable, safe area where we walked late at night and felt very secure. Book this hotel and you won’t regret it. Thank you Namu and the people that work there.You made this trip even better with your service and smile

We had such a wonderful stay at Namu Garden & Spa! The location is beautiful—just a short walk to the beach and right in the heart of town, but it still feels peaceful and tucked away. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything about the space felt thoughtful and well cared for. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way—super responsive on WhatsApp and always willing to go the extra mile. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience. We’re so grateful and would absolutely stay here again!
