Hot season stay & considerations

Property is a beautiful compound. Great individuality afforded for multiple parties Super neighborhood so close to the beach, local coffee havens and just the right distance from the town core. Given the extreme heat and humidity of the time of year the one main awesome room is simply not utilizable. Making it all the better in prime season. The single only thing to note to make this top notch is how critical having the AC is operable and effective in every room is during the hot season. Unfortunately for us the main kitchen-congregating area it was not and also not in one of the sleeping quarters. It was a real impediment to us all but especially those taking on the affected sleeping quarters. Correct this and it's top notch

Birthday Trip

Had a wonderful stay with my family in Sayulita. Royal Palm Villas was in a nice location. Close enough for a short ride into downtown by golf carts, but not close enough to hear all the noise. All the rooms had there own balconies, bathrooms and ac units, with the exception of one room. The one room nearest the pool, I did not see an ac unit. During the summer an ac unit is a must. We did not use that room, because one of the invited couples could not make the trip. I forgot to mention the rooms also have small kitchenettes on the balconies. That was nice if you wanted a small snack or beverage. They layout of the property is nicely landscaped and clean. There is a large kitchen on the top floor. It was nice for quick meals and card & board games. The property manager was friendly and informative. I would recommend this unit easily to family and friends without hesitation.
