VILLAS ALTAS MISMALOYA is a small condominium project with just seven units located above the Bay of Mismaloya which is located at the famous private (hillside) land development of Lomas De Mismaloya overlooking the original set of the movie “Night Of The Iguana” that made Vallarta famous, just 20 minutes from downtown, with fantastic views of the ocean and the ongoing coastline. As you may know, the south coast is by far the best location and has the best beaches on the bay.
Condominium B2 one level with over 1,582 sq. ft. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bathroom, ceiling fan, closet, and a/c. The second bedroom has two double beds, a closet, a ceiling fan, a/c, view to the tropical garden and bay. Living room, TV cable, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace overlooking Mismaloya bay and beach.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a TV with cable channels.
