The staff were good but the higher Management lack professionalism to communicate with their guest. Part of my refund wasn’t back until today, it’s been almost a month and no one has the initiative to reach out and let me know of the status. It’s not my fault I paid using my debit for a tour that was cancelled by them due to weather. It’s an inconvenience and the lack of communication is horrible.

Very nice hotel, very clean and great staff. Only negative was the constant banging, it went on all day and night, every night we were there, not so good if you're a light sleeper. And the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Reasonable price for a better hotel. Nice buffet with very good food but would like it to be warmer. Very helpful staff. Chef John Kris is great. Bed was average comfort with good linen. Housekeeping replaced all sheets each day and cleaned well.

Airport shuttle pickup was excellent as well as the front desk staff who was very accommodating with early check-in, breakfast selection was very good and when we left early for our flight the shuttle driver reserved us a couple of sandwiches with fresh fruits to bring to the airport. Excellent services all around! This is my choice hotel when going back to Puerto Princesa, Palawan!

This property was dirty and located in a dirty area of town. They lacked plant based options andmade up stories about how the local taxi cab companies partner woth the water transport companies and require a fee of 3,000 php when the taxi said it was only 500 php. Typical lies of thos country and practices. When i got to Hudson water area it was dirty and unsafe to float and choppy. The hot didnt warn me about that either. This is why I stay at Hyatt, but even Hyatt wouldnt build in such a cralpy area.
