Good but not ready for prime time. Location was great, very safe and quiet. Staff was beyond excellent and communication was fast and easy. We stayed in the penthouse 301b. Layout was great. Very large space. 5 bathrooms! Just some feedback for owner. Doors to balconies lacked handles, did not close, there was no washer or dryer in the unit nor on site (a big no no for a penthouse at the beach), there was no gym on site either. Bathrooms had almost no place to hang towels, some closets had no bar, the AC did not work in the children’s room (AC was great everywhere else) and the elevator to the room was cool until you realized there’s no way to “lock it”. We had a code but so did all the staff. Just some food for thought for the owners. Maybe a private code and staff has access to the front door which had a lock.

Double charged me and argues with me about it. Shame. Had such a great experience two years ago. This time they truly stopped caring about guest experience. With construction next door from dawn until 10pm. Horrible. Could at least try to fix your blatant billing errors.

A fine place with a few hick ups.

The property was overall great. Service was outstanding. The kitchen extractor in my apartment didn’t work. That was the only problem. Another issue, they show a very nice gym as available on the property for use by guests. However, when you ask the staff to use the gym, they say it is for the owners only. Why are they posting pictures of the gym if one cannot use it?? False advertising- not good. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Beautiful property but for a luxury property I would have expected better amenities. No blow dryer in either bathroom ( you had to request). No amenities in the kitchen, not even salt. Resturant food was excellent but very limited. It is suppose to be a combination of hotel and apartment but falls a bit short

I enjoyed my stay at Ultravioleta. The staff was polite and very accommodating. The apartment was modern and clean with an ocean view. Very close to restaurants grocery store and beach.. only downside was the construction but was aware before booking.. definitely will revisit

This is our second time staying here. Both times there was construction going on next door however, it’s not too bad and Is expected to end soon, it’s negligible for how great the property is. After staying at other places around the area, this is by far our favorite and will continue to stay here every time we come back. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and kept up and feels very safe (security throughout the property). They will even help you launch and land your kite on the beach.

Very clean and staff is very nice and welcoming. We love how quiet and safe area was and the pool was nice to have seen beach waves are very strong. There was construction but was never issue for us as noise at this point of construction was minimal. Frankly we forgot construction was happening right next door. Areas with opportunities for improvement are the restaurant food and the portions were very small for the price. The location and views are beautiful in restaurant. Also, better communication between front desk and cleaning staff. We found cleaning staff in room before we even return the room keys when coming back from breakfast and well before check out time. They were very apologetic. All in all we definitely recommend and would come back!
