Every time we stay in ultravioleta myself and my family enjoy everything about the place. The staff are very friendly, the manager is very nice, lovely place to enjoy with family. A++++++
We've gone back twice now. Very friendly staff and several speak English. Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Free internet. A little pricey but worth it.
We really enjoyed our week-long stay at Ultravioleta. Adrian Ramirez and his staff were simply fantastic in addressing any needs we had. The residences are right on the beach and have first-rate amenities. It is centrally located along Cabarete beach, and within short walking distance from a multitude of restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend Ultravioleta for anyone looking for an enjoyable and relaxing location to relax and soak up the sun. We will definitely find our way there again. R & R Jeffries
It is beautiful . Very new. Very spacious rooms. But if you want to walk to town it is about 10 minutes. it is a walk through trash and litter without sidewalks and maniac drivers. You cannot drink the tap water. If you ask for bottled water you are told very bluntly If you want water go to the supermarket. The support staff is not there that much and the administrative part is a tiny dinky area
Very very nice place for a reasonable price. Yes - more expensive than most other places in Cabarete - and like out of the backpacker range - but if you are looking for a place with very nice modern finishes and touches this is great value. Huge living spaces and modern kitchens are perfect if you want to stock up to make your self breakfast and other meals.

I would like to address the part re the water, we gladly provide bottles of water for our guests upon arrival and are happy to supply more moderately. We do recall we asked you how many you would need in that moment and your response was that you needed a "pack of bottled water", since we can't provide a pack, we suggested that you make this big purchase at the supermarket, it looked like the response was fair as there wasn't any negative comment about from you. We are very sorry that this has given you a wrong impression about us. Our concierge service is on every day from 9am to 5pm always happy to assist our guests's needs at all moment.
