Property is clean and the staff is great. My wife needed medical attention and the facility did not have a protocol on when a guest gets sick and needs immediate attention. I had to wait for the staff to call a manager and so on. They need to have a doctor on call because the clinics are terrible .

This property was amazing. It was a magical experience that I will never forget. The Vibe was amazing, The Views were amazing, The Rooms were amazing, The Pool was amazing. It's hard to tell whether the property was more beautiful during the daytime or nighttime, The Valet guys were great. I really loved this place, and I can't wait to return.

Staff is super attentive and eager to make your stay memorable. You must get a treatment at their spa…felt like royalty when I got one of the best massages of my life. The snorkeling near the property is anti-climatic, however if you book a excursion to paradise island, the snorkeling is better there.

I’ve been to a lot of great hotels and this is by far the most amazing experience I’ve had. The hotel is unbelievably beautiful especially in the evening. But the best part is how wonderful everyone is. They think of everything and make it happen. The food and drinks are all made with fresh ingredients and it’s all gourmet and delicious. I don’t have enough room to this review justice. I was not compensated and they didn’t ask me to do this review. Come here at any opportunity
