The description of the amenities are not accurate, no bar, laundry is not free, drinking water you pay, can’t have guess, up a hill that made it Inconvinient to travel back and forth to the sosua beach with ease. The living area is small. The area is quiet and the people are nice but the property is not worth it. You don’t get the whole property as you may think based on pictures. Wish I stayed at a hotel!

Thanks for the review, we chose to build our bed and breakfast in a quiet place surrounded by nature and in the hills for the beautiful sea view. The center of Sosua is very noisy because there is a lot of traffic even at night. We are still less than 5 minutes by car from the center and the beaches and our guests enjoy the peace and tranquility of our place
We are sorry that our place did not meet your expectations, but you have probably chosen the wrong place for you. This is an ecological style bed and breakfast where there are 5 apartments in two levels, for the price you paid you could not have at your disposal the whole structure of about 500 square meters. This is a quiet place where our guests appreciate peace and quiet, contact with nature and the beautiful ocean view. For this reason we are in the hills 4 minutes by car from the beach and the center, but out of the chaotic traffic and smog of the city center. However, in the description there is a map with the various distances from the services. We have a washing machine available for guests but it is not written that it is free, here we personally prepare breakfasts for guests and if someone wants a coffee, a tea, a beer, a natural juice, a smoothie, a glass of wine, etc. . we prepare it on the spot but not alcoholic cocktails. The apartment you have chosen says it is 548 square feet. Maybe if you removing some garbage from the floor would make it look bigger. Your booking was for two people and we do not accept visits from people of dubious morals. For your next vacation I recommend that you read better before booking or ask questions to be sure of what you are looking for.
