Thompson Vacation Home, 1minute walk to the beach, dog friendly

The Thompson vacation home is a three bedroom three and a half bath home in the gated Las Conchas community. A roll away bed is available for an additional guest. Access to the beach is right across the street via the beach access alley between two beach houses, the beach is about 50 yards away. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. A half bath is located on the main floor adjacent to the great room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable vacation; refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, glasses and silverware. The great room is next to the kitchen with a kitchen counter and dining table. Comfortable couches provide viewing of the TV which offers Dish Network channels. Outside are three patios that have views of the Sea of Cortes from different levels, each with a table and benches. In addition to the patios is a front porch with seating and access to the BBQ area. Secure parking is behind gates in the front yard. Las Conchas has 24/7 guard patrols so you can feel secure staying here.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a fenced private yard, a coffee maker, and a phone.
