Venga y disfrute de nuestro magnífico condominio de lujo de 10 habitaciones y 10 ° piso en Tessoro Resort, al final de la península de Las Conchas. Una vez que salga del elevador privado que lo lleva directamente a su puerta principal, las vistas desde la gran terraza tienen vistas impresionantes, amplias y sin obstáculos del reluciente Mar de Cortés y la belleza natural y la vida silvestre única del Estuario de Morua lo esperan.

La cocina moderna tiene encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y está completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, accesorios y utensilios necesarios para preparar comidas memorables.

Las 3 habitaciones cuentan con lujosas camas king size con sábanas y toallas de alta calidad. La lujosa suite principal tiene una gran ducha de lluvia a ras de suelo y una bañera de hidromasaje con jacuzzi. El segundo baño tiene una gran ducha de lluvia también. El tercer dormitorio tiene una pequeña cocina con mini refrigerador, placa de cocina de 2 hornillas y un fregadero de acero inoxidable, una pequeña mesa con capacidad para 2 personas y un balcón privado con vista al estuario. Hay dos camas supletorias disponibles para 2 personas adicionales.

Terrible communication!

Host did not communicate AT ALL. The lock on the entry door didn't work throughout our entire stay. I reached out, property management reached out and nothing! Unacceptable and ruined our vacation.

Peaceful beautiful getaway

We have traveled to Rocky Point many times, but this was absolutely the best place we have booked. It has a wonderful beach that we had to ourselves most of the time. The condo itself is set up so nicely! The owner has furnished with such details it feels like a home more than a rental! Quality from the towels to the silverware and everything in between. We especially loved the large comfy sectional couch with electric recliners. And having the direct tv gave us many options to watch at the end of a fun filled day. The view from the balcony can’t be beat. We had many lovely evenings eating dinner out there and playing cards. The only thing I wished was that there had been a restaurant or two at a walkable distance, but the trade off of privacy and quiet was worth it . We will definitely be back.

Beautiful and Luxurious

The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach is beautiful and the condo itself was everything we expected. The only issue we had was that the door wouldn't lock. We informed management and reached out to the owner but never received a response and never got fixed during our stay. But other than that, we would definitely return.

Nice property; important things neglected

The property was very well decorated, comfortable and check in was super easy. Unfortunately, the power went out multiple times which was problematic since I was working remotely, and there was a very loud party next door that kept us awake well into the night. Obviously, neither of these issues are the host's fault, but just something to keep in mind. While the check in was great, the check-in email had some incorrect details (such as the wifi info) and there was no basic property information or check-out instructions, which for us wasn't a big deal since we've stayed in the building before, but could be confusing for someone new to Mexico. The more disappointing and concerning thing about the property is that I messaged the host to confirm that the drinking faucet next to the kitchen sink was safe to drink, since there was no information in the property to confirm this as has been the case with other properties in that same building. The host responded quickly (which was appreciated) that we should buy bottled water at the grocery store. Having stayed in Mexico many times, the water situation has always been communicated clearly and this was a major (and unsafe) miss by the host. Additionally, not providing a 5 gallon bottle with a base (as has always been the case with other properties) borders on negligent. As a guest, I would prioritize clean water over pretty much anything else.

Enjoyed But Need To Maintain

We enjoyed the condo and location very much. The condo itself is spacious, very nice, and clean. Both the condo and facility has everything you need on the premises as far as pool and spa, beach, etc. We stayed here 3 yrs ago and enjoyed it enough to come back. One thing we felt 3 yrs ago and again this past week was that if they want to charge luxury rates, the facility management needs to take more of the proceeds and put it into outside and building aesthetics and maintenance. The same poor aesthestic damages from three years ago including falling balcony ceilings still exists. There was also a rickety stair on the staircase to the beach that someone eventually went through while we were there. I imagine that the limited maintenace and fixup is an issue with the property owners who are trying to rent their LUXURY units and paying HOA fees. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Horrible Stay

Property did not match the listing, and we left 3 days into to a 7 day booking. On check in we found out there was not an actual grill on the patio kitchen as listed. Rugs in the condo were filthy. Blinds were not functioning in all the rooms. We spent a half day without running water on our second day. Our third and final day we had no electricity. This was a problem since there was no way to lock the condo due to an electronic lock that did not work without power. The building and grounds showed signs of neglect. There were broken windows in the condo next door. All pool chairs and patios were covered with bird droppings. Stairs were cracked with chunks missing, and all hand rails were rusty and not maintained. Sea gulls were swimming in the pool and leaving droppings on the ledge and in the water. Our last night was scary due to high winds. The building was swaying significantly, and we could hear popping and cracking sounds throughout the evening. Due to the lack of upkeep of the exterior of this building we did not feel safe staying there any longer. The owner was completely unresponsive to our concerns even after contacting VRBO.

Excellent vacation spot

The condo is gorgeous. The views are great. The kitchen has every amenity. Our kids had a great time. We came down with friends and rented multiple units. We usually rent one large beach house for multiple families. This worked out surprisingly well for our large group. The pool/jacuzzi area is very nice. There is a decent gym right by the pool area. Each unit has a private elevator. We got a tour as we arrived and everything was explained. It could be confusing if you arrive and aren't shown how to enter your condo the first time. But it's not difficult. Overall a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Very Nice Stay

The great: The condo was beautiful, the beds were amazing, the view does not get any better especially with floor to ceiling windows, pool was fantastic, virtual check in an key pad access was awesome, baggage carts were available and the funnest part was going from the parking garage directly to the front door of the condo. The beach was also unspoiled, uncrowded and no vendors hassling you at all. The water was very warm and you could wade out very far. The security guy was very observant and was always around. And there was a doggie area that was done very nice, someone put some thought into it. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with appliances, pots and pans and dishes. The fridge had an ice maker that we used and no one got sick. There was also filtered reverse osmosis water. Water pressure was good, A/C worked AMAZING. Wifi seemed to work well for all of us. The Less Good: There was only one drinking cup, all the rest were coffee mugs or wine glasses, directions to the property were significantly dated so we pretty much had to figure it out on our own. No containers with lids and no lime squeezer:( We never figured out any of the TV's which I didn't care about but I was traveling with two very elderly and disabled family members who were not happy about that. Even with with the less good, we would all stay again, it was very beautiful and the photos don't do it justice.

Peaceful and quiet

The unit was beautiful, wonderful layout and views. Underground parking. The building is only half built -there are no amenities on site, no lobby or palapas on the beach and so forth, do not exist. The pool was ice cold. Regardless, the stay was pleasant and the sea was delightful. Great place to be away.

Amazing stay in Rocky Point

This condo is over the top nice. Decorated beautifully and has all the amenities. The only negative I have to say is the sad fact that the building itself has fallen into disrepair. That is a sad reality for many properties in rocky point. But that said I would definitely book this condo again.

Very relaxing

The location of the property was perfect if you were looking to get away to relax and not be in the thick of things of Puerto Penasco. The space itself was vey nice, clean, and accommodating. Having the veranda was so nice for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The facilities of the pool and hot tub were nice extras and an alternative to the beach. It was nicely positioned close to beach and the beach was, clean, sandy, aubundant and vendor free. Some things I would recommend to improve would be better water pressure and hot water for the showers as it was very low and not hot. Having communication from property manager for any problems. Also, a little more shade accommodation at pool and beach area. Otherwise a great stay and I would do again.

Better than the Pictures and description

Stayed in 1002 for 3 days. Arrived and were welcomed by staff and checked in. Stag was very helpful and gave us a tour. Helped us with luggage and situated us. I gave location 4 stars just because it is a dirt road 15 mins drive to town. Was a little long and bumpy. Other than that this place is awesome. Feels like a private stay and beach. This place will be ideal when more shops and road get paved. Hope to stay again. Would recommend to everyone!!!

It was a great place to stay. If you want to just relax on the beach and/or at the pool, this is a great place. No vendors on the beach to deal with. The condo was even nicer than the photos show. WiFi was spotty the day we arrived but great after that. The direct tv had no signal but we didn’t go to RP to watch tv. The balcony was great and the furniture was nice. The George Foreman grill was awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed as did the bathrooms. Parking was easy and under ground. Have been missing it since we left. Thanks Dan for answering our questions so fast prior to our stay. Jakob and Meredith

Tranquil Getaway!

Our stay at Tessoro was fantastic! So peaceful and much less crowded than the normal touristy area of Rocky Point- most of the time we were the only ones out on the beach and at the pool! Bit of a drive from night life, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the deserted beach during the day and driving around at night! The condo itself was very well maintained and stocked with every kind of appliance you could need for your stay. Everything was very clean and there were several additional amenities included. Staff that we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. We felt very safe being in a gated area. One of the days the elevator to the condo stopped working and we couldn't get in since the elevator is the only entrance, but Dan responded very quickly and contacted maintenance for us to get in as soon as we could. The only complaint we have were with other residents playing loud music and being incredibly noisy after hours. There wasn't really anyone to contact to get them to quiet down. However, this will not stop us from enjoying this beautiful oasis again next year and recommending to all our friends!

Our only complaint was with the residents that hired a live marching type band to come and serenade them the entire day on the beach. It ruined the peace and tranquility for everyone else, but the rest of the days were heaven.
