BEDDING INCORRECT

Everything was wonderful, except the bedding. It said there was bedding for 8 with a bunk and queen in the 3rd bedroom. I read a review that said bedding was misleading, so I emailed the host, who assured me that the 3rd bedroom had a queen bunk - not as the original description but doable. However, when we got there, the 3rd bedroom had one king bed which meant there was only sleeping arrangements for 6 not 8 - there were two roll away beds in the master closet, however, no place to set them up at all. Description is important when booking a trip!

Great location and beautiful views, but…

The property is beautiful with a lot of amenities and the views can’t get any better. The unit is nice with a stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. Unfortunately the owners changed the furniture and didn’t update the pictures. We thought we were getting bunk beds for the 3 teenagers and ended up with one king bed in the guest room - not ideal for 3 teenagers. They did offer a roll away but we wouldn’t have picked this property if it couldn’t accommodate our group. Also, the large TV in the living room is broken so watching a purple screen for 5 days is not great.

Sonoran Sea didn't disappoint!

We love Rocky Point! This is the first time staying at Sonoran Sea and it was great. We liked the 2nd floor for the easability of using the steps and not having to rely on the elevator. We celebrated my daughters. 18th bday and had a range of people and ages. The condo accommodated all of us and worked out really well. I also was like an overstocked kitchen so this condo kitchen could have used a few more accessories but we managed with what we could find. I would stay here again for sure!

I have been staying at this resort since 2010 and enjoyed many lovely apartment's there this one did not make the grade. Its a lovely location and its a shame how ever owns it didn't show it some TLC. There are no curtains in the master bedroom so when the sun is up so are you!! The sun blind in master are broken and torn,there are no blinds or curtains in the living room either. The dishwasher had rusty shelves and the tap over the sink was very loose and slow water pressure. The lock on the sliding door to patio was broken the screw was loose so we kept trying to fix as we had a 3 year old.The saddest thing of all is that this could been such a great condo if only a little kindness was shown it. I have rented my property out before and would be ashamed if it was in this state. I do want to say the the resort it shelf is GREAT and that this apartment is not typical, I have always found all the staff kind ,happy and helpful
