review of condo and accommodations
First and foremost, this was a beautiful resort that we felt safe. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. However, there were some issues with the condo itself. The front door had to be forced to open/shut, water leaking from under fridge, only two trash bags which wasn't enough for a family of six, both bathrooms had partial rolls of toilet paper with no extra provided, there was only 5 towels provided for a family of six. There was suppose to be one gallon of water but there wasn't. The vent in kitchen we noticed was leaking only after my son slipped and twisted his ankle which caused him to have to stay in room the majority of the time. We like staying at resorts because having the ocean along with the pool is the best of both worlds. We were not informed of the pool being closed which was a huge inconvenience for us besides the fact of why it was closed (due to the death of electrocution which happened 2-3 months ago.) We had to walk two resorts down to use a pool. Some sort of transportation should have been provided at least.
In ending, we loved the condo except for the conditions that I have stated. I could definitely see a future trip there as long as everything is taken care of as should be.
