Seas the Day E504 ~ Direct Beach Front ~ Penthouse

Princesa de Penasco is a beachfront getaway right in the center of "Sandy Beach" in beautiful Puerto Penasco, Mexico (aka Rocky Point). If you have never been to this amazing beach town be prepared to fall in love and never want to leave. The drive is a close one-hour trip south of the border through the Lukeville, AZ Border Entry – 4 hours from Phoenix, AZ or 3.5 hours from Tucson, AZ. This destination provides some of the cleanest and most incredible beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is on the 5th floor in the "E" building closest to the beach and faces towards the east which allows for amazing evening sunsets. The resort has three pools, a swim up bar and fire pit, hot tub, barbecue grills, its own restaurant and bar, 24-hour security and even a golf course nearby.

The condo itself was recently remodeled with a beautiful nautical interior. It has two separate balconies with amazing views of the beach and grounds. The upstairs private master bedroom has a king bed, on-suite bathroom with double sinks, shower and its own private balcony. There are two bedrooms downstairs which include an additional front master bedroom with a king size bed and private entrance to the downstairs bathroom and a back guest room with another queen size bed. The living area has a comfortable sleeper sectional, electric fireplace and dining to seat up to 8. There are flat screen Smart TV's in every bedroom and living room with Netflix and Amazon Prime available with your log in.

Please note - Princesa is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the condo or around the property. Please be aware that in order to ensure the quality of your stay and have enough time for cleaning and a quality control check, we are not able to accommodate early check-in under any circumstances. You do have access to the property amenities at any time during the day of your check in. Infants / Children are included in the full guest count.

We absolutely love the condo! It had everything that you could ever need. The hosts are very warm and welcoming and gave all necessary information about the area and the condo. The view of the ocean is fabulous and there are very nice 2 patios. The pools are very nice and the swim up bar is a huge plus, of course :-) The only thing that could be better is it was very windy while we were there and the older windows rattled in the frames in both ocean side bedrooms so we had a hard time sleeping a couple of nights. If not for a couple of sleepless nights we would give this condo a 5 Star Plus rating.

It was the perfect getaway for our family vacation. The home was beautiful and very clean. It included everything a family would need to have a wonderful and relaxing time. The location was gorgeous. We felt secure and cozy the entire time. Everyone we met was very friendly. We enjoyed the pool and the beach which was the perfect temperature. Vendors on the beach had the most delicious speciality alcohol free drinks for myself and w/alcohol speciality drinks for my boyfriend. We went to the restaurant in the resort multiple times and sometimes just to grab a delicious piece of cheesecake to snack on before bed. We spent nights on the patio just enjoying the beautiful ocean view and perfect breeze. There were no loud noises late at night. It was hard to leave. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely be back in the future.

Absolutely Stunning!

This was an amazing family vacation and so many memories were made. This VRBO bore witness to a beautiful marriage proposal at sunset. The bar and restaurant served delicious food and cold beverages. The pools and each access to the beach was such a great amenity. We felt very safe and secure due to the gates at 24 hour security. Thank You for providing this awesome rental opportunity.

This condo was perfect for our family. We each had our own space and the kitchen was equipped for any cooking we wanted to do. The view of the beach was right off the back patios. Loved having two different levels where the master had its own floor and back patio.

Fantastic beachfront condo

Everything about this place was perfect from beginning to end. I love how secure and safe the resort is. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful and spaious. It is very well decorated and has everything you need to have a great vacation. The resort has a nice restaurant and swim up bar, and is located directly on the beach just footsteps from jet ski rentals and beach massages. The views are spectacular! I highly recommend this condo. and company in general. We had one small issue, and they responded immediately. We will definitely be back!
