Beautiful new condo on the best beach in Rocky Point. Part of the Playa Azul resort with all the amenities, our place will provide all the comfort for a perfect vacation. The Complex has a very large hot tub, two Pools, Water Slides, Palapas and a walkway to the ocean.
This 2.5 bedroom 2 bath condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. Condo features a King size bed in the master bedroom, 2 full size beds in second room, and a full/twin bunk bed in half bedroom. Master bedroom and living room have access to the large patio with amazing ocean view. There are two full bathrooms one with a walk in shower and the other one with a walk in shower adn a tub. Large separate walk in laundry room with full size laundry facilities.The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a fridge with icemaker and reverse osmosis and Granite counter tops. There is an on site restaurant and fun for the entire family. From the heated kids pool with water slides, to beach volleyball, a main pool with swim up bar and a pristine beach, this place has it all.
You are staying in the 1st phase of the resort. The 2nd phase of the resort is under construction.
Under no circumstances extra guests will be allowed. Ring door bell with camera installed by the entrance.

Wonderful Condo on the beach!
The condo is very clean and nicely decorated, very comfortable. We have 7 in our family and didn't feel too crowded.We had a few questions over the course of our stay and between Cosmin and property staff they were both very responsive and helpful.The property is pretty secluded so the only people on the beach will be those staying at this property. Nice big hot tub, very large pool with slides for kids.We'll be back sometime!

Great Place
The stay was amazing. The unit was clean and had plenty of space. The pools were great for the kids and the resort is located right on the beach. Only thing is the kids bedroom got a little hot at night.
