Picture yourself soon an epic wrap around patio that flys high above the waves below. You may wish to spend all of your time on the expansive terrace that wraps around the condo, lined by floor to ceiling glass that brings the beach vibe into the elegant interior.
This end unit faces East down Playa Encanto Beach, so views are other worldly! On the patio, enjoy lots of comfortable spots to hang out, including an intimate set of seta by the second bedroom sliding door, a dining table, more seating, along with a fun fooseball table!
The kitchen is exceptionally open - cook while you are part of the party, or simply enjoy stunning views. New appliances, and a kitchen island with bar stool seating make this a great spot to gather friends. Bold white cabinets, all dinner and cookware and small appliances make this space outstanding.
Both bedrooms are on the sea side. Sliding glass doors make the terrace part of your bedroom suite. Each has a TV, walk in closet, and complete bathroom with glass enclosed shower stall, and vanity with large mirror. There is also a hall half bathroom, and a utility room with washer, dryer, and sink.
Encantame Towers is an on-going project. With the third Tower close to completion, you may experience some construction related noise.

Need to update pictures.
The only issue we had is the accuracy of the outdoor pictures. The property is building a fourth tower which blocks the wrap around view. Unfortunately, the new tower blocks the view of the sunrise from the balcony.
Otherwise, the property is perfect!
