Great potential, needs tune up
Very much like the setup with the location of the house in an enclosed area with a central pool shared by 4 houses. Definitely need to have a car to go anywhere.
Overall the house is as described. Some things need better stocking, which is random - I.e. there is grilling equipment but no Grill. There is a stove but no pots/pans - which I asked for but never received. This limits usefulness of the kitchen for cooking. No large mixing bowls, etc. Broom/dustpan bent so don't work well... A number of small broken or nearly broken things (bathroom hardware for example). Needs bathroom mats and at least a rug/mat by the front door - the sand currently carries all over the house.
Basically the place needs a tuneup. All of these issues are minor, but became annoying altogether - thankfully they can be easily addressed. If they are, this could easily become a 5-star type of stay.
