Come enjoy this peaceful seaside home! The home is prepared with essentials so you and your family can sit back and relax on your vacation. You will be just feet away from the resorts amenities of those such as gym, spa, pool and restaurant for you to enjoy. The house is Located in the Laguna Shores Resort which is 15-20 mins away from Downtown Malecon. The resort is calm and relaxing, just the place to be for a relaxing vacation with your family or a group of friends. Plan activities such as swimming in the pool, playing beach volleyball, riding bikes or a friendly game of tennis. The tide fluctuations on the beach allow you to kayak during ‘high tides’ and beach comb during ‘low tides’. Penasco sunsets are like no other, enjoy them on our rooftop margarita deck or the back porch.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
