Sonoran Sky 1502 Vacation In The Sky Spacious Oceanfront

This three-bedroom, three-bath, penthouse suite is located on the 15th floor of the Sonoran Sky Resort. This spectacular condominium has breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez, as well as marvelous sunset views and city lights all from the comfort of your balcony. The Spacious balcony has a table with chairs that sits 6 people. It also has 3 lounge chairs to enjoy the marvelous view; you can also enjoy the ocean view while cooking in the electric grill in the balcony. All three rooms have the same warm feeling of being home. The first bedroom has a king-size bed a wall that has been beautifully been painted gray, a ceiling fan, 2 nightstands with a lamp on top of each one, and a television that is on top of a dresser. The second bedroom has hard wooden head boar and wooden footboard. The decorations are black and gray and have the same amenities as the first bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own bathroom with a deep Jacuzzi tub. Both the master bedroom and the living room have blinds that can be opened all the way to enjoy the view or the sunsets or to close them to keep the morning light out. The living room has 2 leather sofas and 2 armchairs and there is a regular pull out sofa in living room.. The flat-screen television is also on to of a drawer. The decoration is very similar to the bedroom with black and gray decorations. The dining room is very modern and extremely comfortable with a glass table and 6 leather chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances, a built-in oven and microwave, and granite countertops and backsplash. The wet bar can easily seat two and the bar chairs are also leather. The stovetop is a flat surface and there is plenty of storage space in the pantries. If you are ready to enjoy your vacations in a beautiful Penthouse suite with breathtaking views this room is highly recommended. NOTE: The balcony BBQ do not work, there is a designated area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children. (Charcoal is not included, for sale at convenience store).

The property is nice, the bartender at the pool they are amazing. The water pumps were not working almost all day on and off. We had to go reception to ask 2 times so someone can come and check the water. We didn't haveany. For the first day, after that it was good. We rrally like the property and the condo. We recomend it!

We had great time we’ve stayed at this property for many years, first time in this particular room. It was a very nice condo clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with the toilet near the entrance it would not flush and backed up several times maintenance was called but they never seemed to fix the issue. The manager proceeded to tell us to not flush toilet paper and to throw it away which is disgusting so that toilet was unusable. Also the shower dripped constantly and was also not fixed by maintenance.

Great location

This is a great location and space. As others have indicated, the mattresses are probably due for replacement. There were games and puzzles which we enjoyed. Kitchen had most of the items needed, but we couldn’t find any dish towels or hot pads. No salt and pepper provided which we usually find in units such as this. Bring your own beach towels. We would stay here again.

Very Awesome Vacation

6 retired adults had a fabulous 5 day vacation. Lots of fun spending many hours on this great balcony. This condo is near the beautiful golf course and a few miles from shopping at the Malbec on and Rodeo Drive! Also very comfy beds and stocked kitchen.

3 bedroom with 3 bathroom......it 's way we slected it

First time at this resort & we have stayed at every other property. i was nice but I am glad I brought my own beach towels. It makes a difference if the property is a total rental or just a partial, this is a totally rental property so it doesn't have the tls that some other have but a nice property if you know that up front.
