We loved the house, great space with 4 1/2 bathrooms! Perfect for kids, so close to the pool. Just wish there was a lockbox for the key instead of having to drop off and pick up from Casago office.

Jeep Jamboree

House is great for larger groups. The five bathrooms make it easy for everyone to be ready on time. A nice comfortable space. Does need a little bit of maintenance overall was a great place to stay.

Not Accommodating/ Disappointed

We were scheduled to stay at this property Aug. 17th-19th. The week/weekend Hurricane Hilary was passing through. I understand that the “policy” states that there were no refunds or changing dates available but for your customers safety there should have been exceptions. In attempting to contact the companies customer service, I feel as if they were not interested in helping us in any way. The last conversation that I had, they told me to send an email of a video to prove that the weather was bad on our way to Rocky Point. The weather was unsafe to drive in, there was flooding on the freeways. I sent the video as requested but there was no response. I’ve been holding back on reviewing this property because I’ve been waiting for a response but haven’t received one as of yet. I did not want to review this place as a one star but unfortunately with us not being able to arrive at this destination, I can’t review it any other way. We are not asking for a refund because when accepting the contract we understood that policy but with the hurricane passing through and the beaches/town being closed, changing weekends should have been an option for us due to the circumstances that were out of our control.

Great house but needs some improvement!

This house is very big and every bedroom has it's own bathroom! This is a huge plus! Also, within feet of the pool and Jacuzzi. This property does have a few down sides though.. The heat and AC worked great the first night, but not the rest of the stay. The front office told me to call ahead for our next stay to make sure the AC is working properly before our trip... Listing says Internet but there is no Wi-Fi in the house and it only works on the balcony due to the signal coming from the cool area. Next was the plumbing.... Toilets only flushed when they wanted to and over flowed when running kitchen sink. Had maintenance come check it out but toilets were still only flushing everything down when they wanted from time to time. The rental company takes care of all the cleanings so there's no need to clean the dishes after your stay, but if you would like to reuse them, there is nothing to clean them with during your stay. Not all the bathrooms had soap. Bring extra trash bags if there are multiple people staying in the house just in case. We needed an extra few. (My wife would also like to point out that there is not a full set of measuring cups in the kitchen). And finally, the 2 queen size beds downstairs were had as a rock! Kids beds and master bed upstairs were nice! Overall, I had a great time and love the place! Just a few things to be aware of.

Management Company sucked

Oven not working. Took two days to get filtered water. No Internet or modem. Locks of house not working. Had to check in with management company but had to check in at guard shack, took too much time. Water pressure and heat sucked.

Highly recommended beautiful large home!

Short walking distance to the beach and pool! Such a beautiful home and everything was super clean. The only thing you need to know is that during checkin you need to pick up your keys as soon as you drive into town at the casago building next to Little Caesars. We didn't find that information on the listing and didn't receive check in instructions so we were a little lost at first and had to make some calls. Other than that everything was perfect.
