Fully equipped condo with 2 bedrooms 2.5 Bathrooms perfect for a family or friends getaway with smart lock for an easy access and gated parking with security 24/7 on premisses.
Make yourself at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer, pots and pans for cooking along with basic cooking amenities, bath towels, beach towel, bathroom amenities and much more. Relaxation abounds!
The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, nightstands, 50" smart tv for streaming services, has easy access to the master bathroom just across the bed for a total privacy, and access to the balcony. Includes an spacious master bathroom with hot tub, walking closet and shower. The second bedroom has two comfy queen size beds, nightstand, tv and easy access to the full bathroom and balcony overlooking the Estuary.
The dining area has a beautiful granite table set to seat 6 people with beautiful views to the ocean to enjoy meals. The kitchen area has wooden cabinets with complimenting neutral colored granite counter tops with built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven. You will find it all; dinnerware, flatware, glasses, pots and pans, and cooking amenities. Living area is comfortable furnished, has a 50" smart tv to enjoy streaming services with amazing views to the ocean. The unit has furnished balcony to admire the spectacular views to the Sea of Cortez.
The condo has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board, beach towels, and laundry room.
