This beautiful one bedroom one bathroom unit is located at the Marina Pinacate Resort, right in the middle of the action at the end of 13 Street with in walking distance from the famous Sandy Beach, as well as restaurants and bars in the area. Located on the fourth floor with a cozy living room area with a big flat screen TV, private Wi-Fi and a sofa sleeper, a kitchen completely equipped with cooking basics such as pots, pans, dishes and utensils, the bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and TV set, with direct access to the bathroom. The condo has a very nice pool and ocean view from the private balcony, and an easy walk to the communal areas of the resort.

In the Resort you can enjoy one large communal pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, children's pool, jacuzzi, gym, lounge, volleyball net, grills, palapas, 24 hours security and one free parking space.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
