Family Vacation

Stairs stair stairs and more stairs! I definitely feel like there should be at least one photo and one mention of stairs in this listing as there are four flights of stairs with 18 not 12 but 18 steps in each flight of stairs. I had three children with me,one being a toddler. The place was beautiful. It was also a bit dusty. I wouldn’t suggest to anyone with toddlers.

Nice and comfortable setting close to campus

great place needs a little work

This vrbo is the ideal location! It was perfect for our big group but I will say there were some issues. Upon arrival we noticed that the bed in one if the bedrooms was broken we also noticed other small things such as the toilet paper holder being broken. I felt like it could have been cleaner but overall we had a great trip.

Fun place with plenty of room!

My group really enjoyed the space. Because the bunk room is all doubles, 8 could sleep there and if the sofa pulls out, you could potentially get 15 in there! The stairs weren’t really listed but there are 3 full flights of stairs to access the 4 stories. Also-do not park in the garage. We were blocked in by a neighbor party and had to yell at the units until we figured out which was the owner of the jeep that blocked us in. Because of this, I missed the “surprise “ part of the surprise party I was attending for my boss that evening. Listing says coffee machine, we brought coffee and filters only to discover a Keurig. These are all little things I thought worth mentioning that did not affect the 5 stars I have for this beautiful space that’s perfect for large groups. Downtown is about 15 min away.

21st Birthday Celebration

It was a mix of family and friends that had an amazing time! The place was perfect for separation of boys and girls with parents and other family between. Everyone had their own space with a great area to gather. A bit more stairs than expected but we were all in great shape to use them, and probably better shape after our 4 day stay. The directions for the house were great with short walks to breakfast. Short uber rides out! Great time! Fantastic host!

Friends Trip

This property is located in Hillsboro, which provided for easy walks to Hillsboro Village restaurants and shops as well as the campus of both Vanderbilt and Belmont. Plenty of inside space. The kitchen and main living space were great. We enjoyed the exterior balconies. Some members of the group didn’t appreciate all of the stairs, but we were fine with it. Parking was at times difficult in a tight space, but overall this property met our needs.

Great place to stay!

We have been to many rental properties and this was one of our favorites for a few reasons; ample space to sleep, very clean, comfortable, and the home was designed beautifully. The location was prime as you could take a short walk to a grocery store, shopping or restaurants and a short Uber to downtown. The front gate was a little challenging to operate but that’s not the hosts issue. Nathan was great and helpful with any questions. Thank you for the stay!

Great Location, Perfect Stay!

We all enjoyed our stay! It was in a great location. Close enough to everything but far enough away from all the craziness if you don’t want to be in it the whole time. House was clean and spacious and they provided more than most in accommodation. Example - coffee pods, paper products etc. Would definitely recommend!

Book this one with confidence

I’m a first time VRBO renter and my expectations were high. This property met them all. The location is perfect if you’re interested in seeing all of Nashville. The property is exactly as described. We arrived to find the cutest townhome with beautiful decor, superbly clean, and very comfortable. The wear and test was minimal; mostly centered on the walls as there are MANY stairs. Be prepared to get your steps and cardio in on this one. :) However, the beds are comfortable and the accommodations are vast. We stayed for three nights and I would definitely recommend this property and stay again. Thank you, Nathan. We had a blast!

Perfect location, all the amenities

A perfect spot for my family to make the most of Nashville for a few days. Walk to Hillsboro Village and Vandy and short drive to downtown, Belle Meade and Green Hills. TVs in every room and a fun bunk room with patio. Easy keyless entry and exit. Great host and great decor!
