Welcome to this beautiful top-floor duplex, a modern home built in 2022 and located in the exclusive Islas Del Mar community. Just steps from a peaceful lagoon and next to the Jack Nicklaus–designed golf course, this home is perfect for a relaxing family getaway.

The upstairs unit has a private entrance, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two with private bathrooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room. The open living area features large sliding doors that lead to a covered patio with direct access to the pool.

The private swimming pool (not a jacuzzi) is for the exclusive use of our guests, making it a great space to enjoy time together and unwind.

Optional Jacuzzi Use:
A jacuzzi is available upon request, with advance notice and an additional fee. It is designed for relaxation and may not reach the temperature of a traditional hot tub.

Important Notes:
• A maintenance worker (owner) lives on-site and will only interact with guests if assistance is needed.
• The tide reaches this area twice a day; the lagoon is always present and offers beautiful views.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a sofa bed.

Great Place

Took my family on a last minute trip to Rocky Point. The place was immaculate and the views were incredible. Having the lagoon in the back with the ocean view from the front were great sunsets and sunrises. We had a issue with the hot water not working and they sent someone over within an hour to fix it. I would highly recomend this place if your looking to relax
