We had an amazing time with family. The property is about 20 to 30 minutes south of town so not a far drive, which you will have to do if you dont bring food. It is a very private resort with a private beach. You will also have a "pass" or access to the grand mayan resort which is about a 10 min drive where they have a lazy river and restaurants (i dont recommend restaurants there however lol food was bad). We ended up buying groceries at walmart and grilling by the pools. Which i found out the offer to pick up groceries for you as well! Check-in was pretty easy. Hotels.com phone number provided was out of service so i sent a message and they immediately called me to provide more information on how to get there and what to expect.
The Condo itself was super spacious we had 3 master bedrooms, 2 of which had access to the balcony. The a/c worked great and there was plenty of towels for everyone (6 of us) the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils you need as well as appliances. The jet hottub in one of the master bathrooms did not work so that was a bit of a bummer.
Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Loved the property and loved the unit. The location was good, with easy access to the beach, and awesome views, and most importantly the house has such positive vibes. I cannot wait to go back.
