Not worth the price.

Run down property. Appliances didn’t work. Walls filthy. Open field next to property where the locals party ALL WEEKEND LONG day and night with loud music. No security. Sketchy parking. Will not use the location again.

Noisy Location/Loud HVAC/Non-working appliances/No Cable TV

The location is next to open beach area where locals came to all day and all night in there off road toys blaring music all night and early morning, loud engines. The a/c HVAC unit was so incredibly loud all of the time above bedroom on roof. It was a loud rattling hum, never shut off. Only keot air at 75 where it was when we came in. They didnt give us the 3rd key to unlock the 3rd bedroom outside of the actual unit. Called and the rental office brought it to us. Smelled like gas or some sort of fumes. Had to open windows and air out. Kitchen had the oldest appliances. Dishwasher had an out of order sign on it. Had to wash all dishes by hand for 3 days on vacation. Only had an old mildow dorty sponge at sink to use. Small bottle of dish soap was there but used paper towel instead of sponge. Disgusting. Then refrigerator didnt keep food cool enough and freezer wasnt freezing anything. Our bag of ice melting. Bottles of water wouldnt freeze in over 24 hours. It makes a weird noise. Pulled out bottom drawer of oven and it fell off track, couldnt get to go back straight. No lightbulb in inly lamp in master bedroom on nightstand. Had to use bright overhead light on fan. Wasnt able use the so called cable tv in living room. Said no connection. Multiple cable/tv boxes and cords. Total mess inside armoire. Then they ask you not to flush any toilet paper down toilet due to avoiding clogging. We had two towels in each bathroom for showering for 3 days. We each had to use the same ones
